Service Description

Up to 4 Bedrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, 1 Bonus Room, and Hallway • Deep Clean Disinfect, Sanitize, and staging of articles in area •Wipe down/dusting of furniture and decor •Wipe down of accessible window sills •Wipe down of accessible baseboards •Sweep, mop, and dust mop flooring throughout service areas (including closet floors if accessible and clear of articles on the floor) •Vacuum carpeted areas of home throughout service areas (including closet floors if accessible and clear of articles on the floor as well as stairs) Kitchen Exterior Surface Cleaning: •Wipe down countertops • Wash full sink of dishes & wipe out sink •Clean Microwave (inside & outside) • Stove and Refrigerator Interior and Exterior appliance cleaning where accessible •Light Staging •Wipe down small appliances on countertop •Wipe down accessible baseboards Bathroom Cleaning of up to 3 full Bathrooms: •Clean toilets inside, out, behind and around base •Clean bathtub, faucet head, shower head, backsplash, and shower rod •Clean vanity sink, faucet head, mirror, dust vanity light fixtures •Wipe down outside of cabinets •Clean walk-in shower (if applicable) •Light dusting of accessible baseboards Courtesy Laundry Service: Fold/Hang/Stage Up to "2" standard basket of laundry if time allows (laundry must be in laundry baskets for service to be conducted).


Cancellation Policy

Section B: CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY B1)Cancelation of a booking must be made no less than 24 hours from the scheduled date of services. Clients will forfeit 25% of their payment if a cancelation for a scheduled booking occurs. 75% of a single scheduled booking payment for services will be refunded to the client within 1 to 10 business days from the date of a booking cancelation. B2) Clients will forfeit 50% of their payment if a booking is canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled date of services. 50% of a single scheduled booking payment for services will be refunded to the client within 1 to 10 business days from the date of a booking cancelation. B3) There will be no refunds issued once The 360 Cleaning Services LLC dba SpiDazzle arrives at the property location to conduct services. There will be no refunds for services.
