INITIAL WALK THROUGH CONSULTATION
Service Description
Initial walkthrough consultation conducted to determine your need and which package option(s) would be best. Non-Transferrable & Non-Refundable $25 consultation fee required upon booking. Consultation fee will be applied to the cost of the initial cleaning service if the initial cleaning service is scheduled no later than the following day of the walkthrough date. Cancellation Policy
Section B: CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY B1)Cancelation of a booking must be made no less than 24 hours from the scheduled date of services. Clients will forfeit 25% of their payment if a cancelation for a scheduled booking occurs. 75% of a single scheduled booking payment for services will be refunded to the client within 1 to 10 business days from the date of a booking cancelation. B2) Clients will forfeit 50% of their payment if a booking is canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled date of services. 50% of a single scheduled booking payment for services will be refunded to the client within 1 to 10 business days from the date of a booking cancelation. B3) There will be no refunds issued once The 360 Cleaning Services LLC dba SpiDazzle arrives at the property location to conduct services. There will be no refunds for services.
